You can choose to cover the cost of a complete commission or an amount towards the cost of a pet portrait (minimum of £25). It's very simple to order, details below, and the digital gift vouchers are personalised with your message then emailed straight to the recipient who can liaise directly with me when they're ready to start their commission.
How to Order a Gift Voucher
To purchase a gift voucher simply order using the link below stating the amount you would like it to be for. Once purchased I will send a digital voucher to you for gifting or straight to the recipient. Details on how to use are on the voucher.
Each voucher has a unique code for the recipient to send me to start their custom pet portrait when they're ready (the voucher is valid for 12 months)
Voucher Terms
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date pf purchase which is shown on the voucher.
The voucher needs to be redeemed before the expiry date.
​Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase.
​Each voucher can be used for a full or part payment of a commission starting from £25.
If the voucher value is less than the required deposit the recipient must pay the difference to secure their booking. Any remaining commission balance, including postage and packaging, not covered by the voucher is payable before the completed pet portrait is shipped.​​​
​If the voucher value is more than the total cost of the commission, including postage and packaging, then the remaining amount is lost. It is not refundable or useable at a later date. However, a voucher can be used for more than one portrait if they are commissioned and paid for together at the same time.
​Only one voucher can be used per commission. Each voucher has a single use code which once used on a commission cannot be used again for another commission.​​
​A place in the commission queue will be assigned when the voucher is used not when the voucher is purchased.
​Pet portrait prices are subject to change. A final quote will be confirmed when the voucher is used. If commission prices have increased since the voucher was purchased the recipient will be responsible for the difference in cost.
​The voucher does not include framing.
