I've always believed that every pet has a story to tell and there's no better way to tell it than through the timeless, elegant medium of graphite.

 

Originally a graphic designer I started drawing again a few years ago combining my passions of art and animals. I love the simple, tactile joy of a pencil on paper.

Why Graphite?

 

There's a beautiful simplicity in graphite. By stripping away the distraction of colour I'm able to focus entirely on the intricate details of each pet, their fur texture, distinct characteristics and the sparkle in their eyes. My goal is always to capture the soul and essence of your best friend in a way that a photo alone sometimes can't.
